Job Description:

Career opportunity to join expanding chemical leader as Lead Engineer for maintenance, reliability for fixed and rotating equipment for the plant site. Provides asset maintenance, reliability, outage guidance and overall asset care.Responsibilities:Coordinate plant changes, both equipment and process, which improve plant OEE, yields, equipment, reliability, process quality, and preventive maintenance.Lead and coordinate RCA investigations for all bad actors and significant reliability incidents. Assign RCA leaders and resources.Improvedevelop a reliability strategy based on the business needs including identification of the critical spare equipment parts and determination of their inventory parameters, enhancement of the PM program, and development of an asset care plan.Qualifications:BS Engineering degree (must be ABET Accredited) with 5+ years experience as Reliability Maintenance Engineer working in a PSM regulated chemical plant.Solid technical knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, and asset care OEE.Extensive experience with RCM, RCA, Six Sigma, CMMS programs.Ability to work now and in the future without sponsorship.
