Envirogen is a leading water treatment solutions business. We are growing and are looking for an experienced Draftsperson, Drafter or BIM Manager with expertise in Mechanical Design. The RoleAs a DrafterBIM Specialist, you will collaborate with our engineering team to produce detailed drawings, models and process flow diagrams utilising AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other software. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating accurate and efficient designs within the Water Treatment Solutions industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and a chance to work on cutting-edge global projects that impact critical infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with our Principal Engineers you will be:Executing & preparing detailed Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) pertinent to Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants using AutoCAD Software under guidance from Design Engineers.Preparing detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and General Arrangement drawings, including Fabrication and Electrical drawings, pertinent to Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.Producing detailed models pertinent to Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants under guidance from Design Engineers.Generating schedules from models to quantify bill of materials.Execution of BIM Asset management incorporating completion of an Asset Register and Asset Information ModelAbout you:It would be great if your experience covers:Technical draftingMechanical and electrical service coordination.The ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-disciplined tea.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and other softwareKnowledge of engineering and manufacturing principlesKnowledge of producing General Arrangement DrawingsKnowledge of producing Fabrication Design DrawingsKnowledge of producing Electrical Design DrawingsUnderstanding of industry-specific drafting standardsKnowledge of producing plant PFD's, P&IDs, and ISODegree in Applied Science in drafting or a related degree with an essential technical backgroundWhat we offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Engaging work environment with challenging and rewarding projects.Collaborative team culture that values innovation and creativity.
