Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Superintendent with expertise in concrete and structural steel construction to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.Ensure that all work is performed safely, in compliance with company policies and industry standards.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure that projects stay on track.Manage all aspects of concrete and structural steel construction, including forming, placing, and finishing concrete, as well as erecting structural steel.Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on concrete and structural steel construction.Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.If you are a highly motivated and experienced construction professional who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
