Introduction: Beautiful Long Term Care Center in Northern New York is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team.About the Opportunity: The Director of Nursing (DON) is a registered nurse at the executive level with the knowledge and ability to plan, organize, supervise and direct the general nursing care and treatment services of the hospital. The DON plans, develops and implements nursing programs, policies and procedures; provides consultative, directive, and advisory services for the purpose of maintaining nursing standards of care for the facility.Responsibilities: The Director of Nursing (DON) will be responsible for:Planning, organizing, supervising, and directing general nursing care and treatment services.Developing and implementing nursing programs, policies, and procedures.Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.Qualifications:RN, BNS, NY LicenseLeadership experience in Nursing Home or Long-Term Care settingsSalary: $120,000 - $142,000
