Hartmann Young has partnered with revolutionary healthcare technology company specialising in AI-driven medical imaging solutions, providing cloud-based software tailored for imaging professionals and clinical trials.As a Vice President of North America, you will be responsible for leading the global commercial operations, creating and implementing a robust commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and position the company as a leader in the medical imaging technology sector. ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train and mentor a best in class, results orientated cloud based imaging tech sales & marketing teams.Create and develop sales strategy in line with business objectives.Player-Coach role for the commercial team.Work closely with the Product Development team to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements.Track and evaluate sales performance using data driven insights.Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 10 years' experience overseeing global commercial territory in AI.Minimum Bachelor's degree in a science-related Business discipline (MBA preferred).Proven track record or building and leading successful sales teams.Strong understanding of medical imaging, cloud services, regulations.Evidence of building revenue streams from scratch. Ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
