Metric Geo are partnered with a Top-Rated ENR Contractor with a backlog of $45B+ worth of projects across the US!They are hiring for an Estimator to be based out of Philadelphia, MS, to support with estimating on some of the largest construction projects in the country including data centers, EV battery plants, and casinos.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed analysis of project requirements, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.Utilize estimating software and tools to perform quantity takeoffs and cost calculations.Research and analyze material and labor costs to determine project expenses.Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals to potential clients or stakeholders.Review and negotiate subcontractor bids and proposals.Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy.Provide support to project teams by offering insights into cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.Maintain documentation and records related to estimation activities for future reference or audits.The ideal candidate will have experience on large, ground-up industrial projects such as data centers, food and beverage facilities, or automotive plants.Sounds like something that matches your experience?
