Focus: Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and streamline workflow to enhance efficiency. Monitor inventory levels of business supplies and raw materials, addressing shortages promptly. Ensure product stock is sufficient for all distribution channels and customer demands. Record daily deliveries and shipments, reconciling inventory accurately. Utilize inventory management software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics. Place orders to replenish stock, optimizing inventory levels to avoid shortages or surplus. Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and optimize logistics processes. Evaluate suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships. Collaborate with warehouse employees and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Maintain a positive team morale, resolve grievances, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and identify skill development opportunities through coaching and counseling. Perform annual performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recognition as appropriate. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Logistics Manager within the print industry. Excellent knowledge of inventory management software (such as ERP), enterprise risk management and business continuity planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track inventory accurately and generate reports. Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at the corporate level. Excellent communication and listening skills to address internal customer needs effectively. Strategic mindset and adept problem-solving abilities. Change management skills to adapt to dynamic stakeholder requirements.
