Order Processing SpecialistCustomer Service Job Functions and Qualifications  The Order Processing Specialist's primary responsibilities will be taking care of customer orders for Service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing support to Regional Service Managers in resolving all customer service-related topics, processing service orders, corresponding with Field Service Engineers in the completion of service orderspaperwork, as well as working together with other departments in U.S.Germany to provide a high standard of customer care and satisfaction. What You Will be Doing:Main point of service contact for key accounts. Createtrack quotes, purchase orders, order acknowledgments, delivery notes and invoices for Service. Complete service orders in a timely manner, to include coordinating with Field Service Engineers to ensure all paperwork is turned in promptly. Work closely with Regional Service Managers to gather any outstanding documents or resolve any issues that may arise. Generate weeklyas-needed reports for the Regional Service ManagerField Service Engineers. Assist in the resolution of customer's servicebilling issues. Assist with Field Service Engineer's inventory. Process Aftermarket quotes and orders.Process Additive Minds quotes and orders. Work with Life Cycle Solutions Team for completion of service contracts in ERP system, contract renewals, and provide feedback about the types of contractscoverage levels. Create and maintain department KPIs.Createupdate standard operating procedures. Support other Service regions and Aftermarket teams when needed.Special projects upon request and any other duties as assigned.   What We are Looking For:·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.·        SAP, Salesforce highly preferred.·        Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·        Strong organizational skills. ·        Ability to work independently, or within a team.·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in complex situations is a must. ·        Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks to meet due dates. ·        Willingness to travel to other corporate sites as needed. Not to exceed 3 - 4 times per year.  WHO WE ARE: 1,350 sharp minds, about 60 nationalities, one goal: accelerating the world's transition to responsible manufacturing.
