As children have more options for entertainment, we need to meet children where they are with fun and engaging content to create a long-term impact.THE POSITION: We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nations largest multi sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New Coaches can work *5-10 classes a week, earn $20-$25hour. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has successOur Coaches use a non-competitive approach so ensure classes are fun and we create a stress-free environmentOur Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate successAnd finally, our coaches have a blast. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & CurriculumTHE SCHEDULE: The majority of classes are held during the morning. The ideal candidate would have the availability for minimum of the 3 days and times listed below:MONDAY: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Cedar Park)TUESDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (LeanderCedar Park)WEDNESDAY: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Georgetown)THURSDAY: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (Georgetown)FRIDAY: 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. (Cedar Park) or 10:45-12:00 p.m. (Georgetown)(*Locations subject to change)THE LOCATION:Classes are held across pre-schoolsday-care centers, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel to get to each class location. Our classes are centered in Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, Texas. Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportationMust be at least 20 years of ageMust submit to fingerprinting and pass Texas comprehensive background checkDesire to provide long-term commitment to develop within this growing company.
