They participate in the development and coordination of procedure, work instructions and forms within the EHS Management Systems. They assist in implementation, validation and audit for the EHS management system elements. They work under the direction of the EHS Manager. This person will be responsible for organizing and facilitating the flow of the numerous forms of documentation that require processing, tracking and filing, as well as maintenance of various files and records within the EHS department. This position requires coordination of technical documents, information and records across many disciplines and departments within Quanta, with a strong need for attention to detail and follow-through. This position is also responsible for vendors and 3rd party management who are providing services as key stakeholders in our system chains of EHS programs, routinenon-routine shop floor inspection, and coordination of EHS trainingEHS meetingsRCIHIRAAuditChange ManagementEnvironmental Impact ManagementWater Discharge ManagementWaste Stream Management Permits&LicensesSWP5SCAPAGHGs Emission Sources Identification and Activity Data MaintenanceSDSPPEHygiene and Pest Control, etc. This position is also responsible for surveying needed EHS materials or equipment to provide to the shop floor to use. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and Track documentation for EHS programs. (MSDS and chemical management, RCI, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO14064, ISO50001, RBA, GHG Data, Inspection Records, ERT, Manual and STDs, Worker Compensation, Environmental Impact Assessment, HIRA, Legal Compliance Assessment, EHS Objectives and Targets records, Improvement Program Tracking, Training Records, 3rd party EHS related Measurement and Monitoring Reports, Audit records(living waste waterair pollutantsair qualitychemical exposureradiationwaste noise records), Clean company Hygiene and Pest Control Records, Contractor and Visitor program control records, 5S, living waste water drainage sampling, Maternal health protection records, incident reporting and investigation records, PPE registration and records, change records, CAPA, Medical treatment and recovery status, Permits)Collect samples and contact vendor to do the test. Facilitate root cause investigation for recordable injury or illness.Facilitate communication meetings with supervisors or even sometimes with shop floor employees.Conduct EHS training courses.Conduct and coordinate EHS audits.Conduct onsite HIRA with key stakeholders.Conduct routinenon-routine shop floor EHS inspection.Assist in EHS monitoring and ergonomic assessments as needed. Assist in developing EHS programs and prepare needed documents per instructed.Assist in review and compliance assessment of EHS related governmental regulations (OSHATOSHA, EPA, DOT, etc) and customer-requested requirements.Assist in managing fire safety systems with property managers and Quanta facilitymaintenance team.Prepare and maintain documents for EHS management review, leadership designated or customer requested meetings.Follow up and track with action owners for the corrective and preventive actions assigned from EHS management systems.Follow up with the implementation of EHS programs with key stakeholders.Follow up the recordable injury cases with the supervisor and the injured personnel.Survey needed EHS materials or equipment to provide to the shop floor to use.Post and maintain needed documents on each building's safety bulletin cork boards and Quanta TVs.Make or purchase needed signs to post at machines or areas.Support customer requested actions related to EHS per assigned.Manage and maintain the vendors who handle EHS related subjects for Quanta. Others per line manager assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Math or Science) and 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Practiced documentation skills. Relevant experience within an RBA or ISO 140014500150001 certified organization (electronics manufacturing environment) is desirable.Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and E-mail (as the individual will be the primary resource for documentation flow and record maintenance within the EHS group).Detail oriented and willing to read documents and study regulatory information.Though infrequent, applicants must be able to be on call for emergency response 24 hours a day for security or safety concerns. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to set priorities.
