Job Description:

An industry leading manufacturing company, located in central Minneapolis, is looking to bring on a Senior Corporate Sourcing Manager. This position will be a fundamental player in strategic sourcing transformation efforts, overseeing business critical direct material categories. This role will directly report into the Director of Strategic Sourcing, and will require autonomy and experienced strategy development and implementation from candidates, as they will be part of the corporate procurement team. This position will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the company and across business units.Role must be based out of Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid schedule.The Senior Corporate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for:• Creating and executing fully integrated long-term sourcing strategies across metals, fabrication, and aluminum• Executing successful supplier sourcing and negotiation to influence supply capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness• Collaborating with key stakeholders to proactively identify value-driven activities that deliver savings, working capital and continuous quality improvement• Driving cost savings, supplier risk mitigation, supplier relationships, dual-sourcing and quality checks• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies across assigned categories across all business unites & Subsidiaries across North AmericaThe Senior Corporate Sourcing Manager should have the following qualifications:• Proven ability to successfully negotiate and redline complex, enterprise wide contracts and terms with high-risk suppliers• Experience leading complex, global, project teams• Global Sourcing expertise• 10+ years Sourcing & Category Management experience• 5+ years' experience in direct category strategy development and implementation (metals preferred• Metal hedging experience is a plus• Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree a Plus)Benefits:• Hybrid Work from home flexibility• Competitive benefits package with a focus on well-being and work-life balance• Ability to grow and influence within the organization• High visibility up to c-suite and business presidentsIf you are interested in the Senior Corporate Sourcing Manager role, then please do not hesitate to apply today!
