Advanced-Level Providers for Urgent Care Medicine Needed in Chino, CAFull-Time Employed Model with Full Benefits Including Malpractice with Tail Coverage and RetirementExperienced providers will earn $80hr. plus OT with a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and an Annual Retention Bonus of $10,000. We have earned the distinct honor of being named "The Best of Bakersfield" for Urgent Care Medicine seven (7) years in a row.Trained or experienced in Family Medicine or Emergency MedicineSchedules are made one month in advanceFull-time is 14 shiftsmonth, 2 on-call shiftsmonth, and 12-hour shifts with OTPart-time is 6-11 shiftsmonth, no on-call, and practicing 8-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts with OTAcuity is low, providers see about 4-5 patients per hour - "full-spectrum" of care providedStandard procedures performed are I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration RepairX-ray on-site with results in 20 minutes and in-house Point-of-Care testing onsiteEMR is easy to use and patients can be charted in one minute (VelociDoc with Dragon dictation)Practice alongside other Physicians, Advanced-Level Practitioners, RNs, MAs, and X-Ray TechsExcellent customer service and communication are a must for all of our staff and providersChino is well known for its high quality of life and beautiful rural atmosphere.
