We like to credit our growing success with our ability to develop and provide opportunity for our team of employees so they can make advancements within our company.Our employees enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including: 401k, Paid Time off (PTO), MedicalDental Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, and Life Insurance.Salary: $60,000 -$75,000Ideal Candidate Requirements:· Prior management, dispatch or dock experience, preferably in LTL trucking industry· Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees· Desire to surround customer with excellence in service· High aptitude for technology· The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented· Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills· Willingness to work 50 hoursweek average· An associates or Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not requiredDuties include, but are not limited to:· Oversee outbound andor inbound operations for your designated section of the terminal dock· This includes the process of loadingunloading, managing forklift traffic, and overseeing proper pickingsortation of palletized freight.· Route plan, load plan, and on road dispatch the local driver staff as needed.· Provide leadership and accountability to a team of drivers and dock workers.· Monitor dock production, ensuring facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met andor exceeded.· Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOTOSHA standards.· Ensure company operational model compliance.· Support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers· Flexibility to cover varying shifts as business levels increase
