This role may require you to be flexible with shift structure and hours.Maintaining andor modifying systems containing the following devices and associated software:PLC's - ladder logic language, Siemens Graph language, statement language, flow diagram languageSQL Servers - MSSQL, T-SQL, MySQL, Transaction Services (OPC)Communication networks - Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus, EthernetIP, DeviceNet, Serial (RS232).Vision systems - Cognex, Banner, KeyenceSCADA systems - WinCC, Ignition, PromonRobots - Kuka, Denso, Staubli, Epson, FanucServos and VFDs - Kistler, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Control Techniques, IAIEvaluating existing process equipment programming, controls, and electronics. Implementing changes and upgrades related to continued process improvement efforts, all in accordance with company change management policies and procedures.Assist as needed in Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and modifying existing electrical and electronic systems, including controls systems for all new and existing Pierburg process equipment per NEC and NFPA regulations.Provide technical support to the plant on engineering matters to reduce downtime.Technicians as well as Engineering Department personnel as needed.Perform reviews of the preventative maintenance program and improve areas where required.Developing requests for quotations as needed to meet the scope of improvements, upgrades, and customer needed changes primarily related to, but not limited to, the Controls and ElectricalElectronic related projects.Develop and maintain Technical Information for the maintenance department.
