This role will cover both brands, truly offering the best of both worlds.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Operations Manager role will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and allocation, fulfillment, outbound transfers, system accuracy, and wholesale operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Receiving & Allocation Support:Oversee the receiving warehouse team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of incoming shipments.Support the upload of shipment details to our inventory management system, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing workflows and maintaining high accuracy in cost allocation.Manage tracking updates, ETAs, and PO tracker updates to ensure timely and accurate information flow.Develop and manage a workflow for delayed shipments, ensuring they are checked against current inventory levels and addressed promptly.Plan the allocation of products within the warehouse, optimizing space and accessibility.Fulfillment & Outbound Transfers:Lead the fulfillment warehouse team, ensuring efficient order processing and shipment.Monitor order platforms for any issues (e.g., fraud, cancellations) and address them novate fulfillment processes to improve speed and efficiency, such as re-arranging product locations and optimizing picking flows.Manage shipping cost reporting and work on strategies to enhance cost efficiency across different platforms and shipping methods.Forecast and order necessary supplies and mailers, ensuring the fulfillment team is well-equipped.Manage the customization process and book freight as needed.Systems:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data in our management system.Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage out-of-stock reports to maintain inventory accuracy.Oversee Amazon fee management, ensuring SKUs are charged correctly and addressing discrepancies.Wholesale:Utilize Basecamp to manage team tasks and oversee warehouse processes related to wholesale operations.Enter and manage sales orders in the inventory system, ensuring accurate processing and fulfillment.Management:Manage a team of three warehouse staff, providing leadership and direction.Oversee all operations of the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Approve warehouse staff hours, vacation requests, and manage payroll activities.Hire seasonal help as needed to support increased operational demands.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in inventory management systems and familiar with Amazon operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly proficient in Excel and Google SheetsOn site position: Langhorne, PAPay: $75,000-85,000 yearBenefits: healthdental insurance, disability insurance, 20 days paid vacation, paid holiday days, 401k
