We are looking for a reliable Restoration Estimator. This is an amazing opportunity for an energetic, meticulously detailed self-starter to gain experience with a rapidly growing company. As an Estimator, you will be required to write all exterior estimates in Xactimate. The ideal candidate is organized and has incredible attention to detail. The candidate must have Xactimate experience with exterior claims.ResponsibilitiesCreating Xactimate Estimates for all interior and exterior claimsUpdating our company tracking systemEnsuring all estimate packages put together have all supporting details and documentation needed.Continuing technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing online forums.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing estimates in a timely mannerSkills1-2 years of professional experiencePreferred Xactimate ExperienceSymbiltyCore Logic Experience PreferredPreferred Roofing ExperienceExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge Google and GSuiteDetail-oriented, organized, and efficientGsuite experience experience preferredHigh school diploma; BScBA in office administration or relevant field is preferredKey QualificationsBachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred.Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hoursComfortability with Hybrid work environmentA fast and reliable internet connection.Smartphone with email capabilities.Designated professional, quiet space.1 - 3 years' of construction experience preferredCompensation: $45,000-$60,000 per year401k eligibility after 6 monthsPaid time offPaid holidaysHybrid work schedule
