About the Role:Arcadia Capital is seeking highly motivated, successful candidates with relevant investment banking experience for an Investment Banking Vice President position based at our headquarters in Miami, Florida. Arcadia Capital offers Vice Presidents the exceptional opportunity to work on small teams with direct exposure to clients and senior bankers.Vice Presidents are primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the M&A and capital raising process, including supporting the development of process design, overseeing the development of marketing materials and analyses, and managing deal execution (including providing leadership and guidance to junior team members). In addition, you will be involved with new business generation, including supporting relationship maintenance with clients and developing and supporting the delivery of pitches to new business prospects. Key Responsibilities:Manage the preparation of marketing pitches, confidential information memorandums, management presentations, and other presentations as neededOversee the development of valuation and ad hoc financial analysesBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients and prospective clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other advisors, to facilitate the execution of transactions and ensure seamless project managementParticipate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical support and contributing insights to discussionsConduct industry and company-specific research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes and potential transaction opportunitiesStay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting the technology sector, and incorporate relevant insights into client deliverables and strategic recommendationsContribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and supporting junior team members as neededSupervise and mentor junior staff members Qualifications:7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on the technology sectorAn extremely ambitious and dynamic player who is competitive with a strong desire to achieve goals and able to work independently with limited directionStrong public speaking and presentation skillsA high degree of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity and process-orientationProfessional verbal and written communication skills are requiredStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced knowledge in accounting and finance and significant proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniquesProven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and diligence in work productTeam player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environmentBSBA required
