DescriptionFrontier Medicines is in search of a versatile and driven IT professional to support the IT Operations in our Boston office. If you're ready to bring your expertise and passion for technology to Frontier Medicines, we encourage you to apply and embark on this rewarding journey with us.RequirementsWhat will you be doing?Administration of M365 services and applications such as Exchange online, Entra Identity and AD federation. Administration of SharePoint (site setup and administration) and implementation of SharePoint best practices. Perform data migration projects and implement best practices of information management. This position will closely work with business stakeholders to manage and classify information across all business functions. Strong understanding of IT processes and standardization. This position will help to establish standards for IT operation and will drive the transition towards well-defined processes. Ownership of user support and administration of ITSM. Excellent customer support and communication skills are necessary. Responsibility for and management of Computer deployment using Intune Autopilot and JAMF. Work with vendor on warehousing laptops and zero touch deployment. Maintain a standardized hardware platform of end systems and lab computers. Upgrade lab computers to comply with a common naming scheme and minimum hardware configuration, including the presentation of storage. Authoring of IT governance documentation for Services and Infrastructures. Maintain conference rooms and AV support for company meetings.What are we looking for?BSBA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field, with minimum 5 years in Microsoft IT environment, preferably in biotech or GMP, and user support experience. Expertise in Microsoft M365 Suite, SharePoint, Azure, MFA, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender Suite, IntuneAutopilot, and Jamf for OS builds, patches, and application deployment, along with PowerShell scripting and automation proficiency. Experience in SharePoint administration, site management, and support for AudioVisual Zoom and Team rooms, including lab environment experience. Strong understanding of computer architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, and OS components (Mac OS, Windows, Linux), with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley) and IT control frameworks (NIST, ISO), along with understanding of biotechpharma industry and related business operations. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with independent work ability and attention to detail. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
