"Whatever I.T. takes, we'll fix I.T."I.T. Matters, Inc. founded in 2012, is an MSP serving SMB in the greater Houston area. We are expanding and looking to grow our team. The position is onsite at our Houston office and requires additional travel to local sites around town.Key Responsibilities:Active Directory: Reset passwords, and troubleshoot replication, authentication, and Group Policy issues.Application Support: Diagnose and resolve software issues, liaise with vendors if needed, and provide advanced user support.Windows OS Errors: Verify OS errors, and determine formattingreimaging needs.Hardware Support: Troubleshoot PC hardware, and identify warranty-eligible equipment.Onboarding & Offboarding: Createterminate user accounts, and set up workstations per procedures.Printer & Email Issues: Resolve complex problems, including network connectivity, driver conflicts, server errors, and security configurations.Client Interaction: Engage directly to address technical needs.Team Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently within the support team.Process Improvement: Continuously refine ticket processes, and maintain detailed documentation.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience being employed in an IT position with experience with Windows Desktops and Windows Servers. Preferred experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and I.T. Glue, or equivalent. Datto will be favored.IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications as well as virtual environments built on Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and other virtualization toolsUtilize Automate (remote) to serve client environments and troubleshoot system alertsProvide support and technology guidance to fellow Level 1 and 2 helpdesk team membersCommunication with clients and management as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.Must have a reliable vehicle to travel around Houston, and must have the following on hand:Current Driver's LicenseCurrent Car InsuranceThe vehicle must either be under your name or you are a registered driver under the current insurance policyCompensation and Benefits:Full-time, Salary range: Up to $75,000 per year, based on experienceHealth, dental, vision, and disability insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offProfessional training and developmentHow To Apply For This Position:Send an application email to our Technical Recruiter, Ysabelle Pastolero via Head: I.T.
