Overview:We are a Clinical Trials Software company at an exciting point in our journey and are looking for an accomplished Head of Finance to lead our financial strategy and support our ambitious growth plans. This role requires leveraging extensive experience and expertise to drive the development of financial planning, accounting, analysis, and strategy formation. The Role:As the Head of Finance, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's financial and growth strategies. This is a strategic, high-impact position that involves working closely with each business leader to drive and pursue significant growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Craft and execute financial strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability objectives.Act as a key advisor to the COO, CEO and other business leaders, providing insights and recommendations for growth and profitability.Lead the finance and accounting team, elevating its capabilities to support the company's strategic direction.Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term financial planning.Spearhead financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making across all business units.Ensure financial & accounting compliance and integrity in all reporting and operations.
