Job Description:

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development, revision, version control and publication of Enterprise IT service management-related documentation. The Technical Writer will be the primary POC on the project Team for:Rewrite andor edit technical documents such as technical training content and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiencesMonitoring documentation updates and coordinating with ProductProcess Owners for configuration controlSupport charter development, documentation and revision updatesSupport all Teams on documentation development and maintenanceCreates templatesDocuments and updates processes and procedures - supporting functional leadsRequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education)7-12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in support of DoD programsMust hold an active DoD Secret security clearanceITIL foundations preferredBenefitsQualis Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can contribute to the mission and vision of the Company.
