Cydcor has garnered a reputation for sales excellence and expertise, consistently exceeding client expectations and driving revenue growth, to become one of the most trusted names in outsourced sales.The Billing & Payment Analyst's primary purpose role is to ensure all sales and orders are accurately billed and paid for, ensuring sales representatives are paid timely and accurately, and continuously look for improvement opportunities all while providing quality customer service to all stakeholders.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver timely and accurate payments by deadline weekly: No payment issues to the external sales team; eliminate billing issues and discrepancies.Process dailyweekly data files by the deadline.Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.Assist with the month-end close process by providing support to the accounting team.Extensive and continual monitoring and auditing of data reporting and escalate concerns, if necessary, of the following areas: process inputs (stakeholder data), throughputs (system logic and accuracy), and outputs (billingpayment)Support collaborative solutions that resolve issues from daily challenges, including working under tight, multiple deadlines.Perform weeklymonthly billing reconciliations, act on discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve with support from other team members.Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.Required Qualifications:Minimum Associates degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math or related field0-2 years of related work experienceMust have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesActs decisively to develop a sound plan, and then moves to communicate, implement and monitor it effectivelyProduces results, sets high standards of performance for self and others, and assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing work projectsClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math or related field is preferredSalesforce experience a plusIdeal candidate will have high energy, be a self-starter and be able to take initiative with minimal guidance and supervisionMaintains a positive and professional attitude at all times while working with different individuals, both inside and outside of the organizationHas a student mentality and a strong desire to learn and growWorking Conditions:The position is hybrid.
