Job Description:

The Production Intern will work with our production team to assist in producing ads for our political and brand clients. You will gain hands-on experience in the creative industry and have the opportunity to learn about the production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment and is eager to learn from our world class production team.Day-to-day responsibilities:Assist with pre-production tasks, such as location scouting, casting, and scheduling via phone or email and providing timely updatesMaintain organization and communication during production by attending meetings and taking detailed notes to communicate with the production teamFacilitate and foster outside partnerships based on production needsProactively communicate with the production team about risks, challenges and solutionsExecute external duties such as purchasing supplies, props, equipment and other necessary itemsHelp ensure the smooth execution of productionsAdditional Information:Interns are paid minimum wage and will work full timeInterns must be available for a full-time, 10-week program running from June 3rd to August 9th, 2024 Interns must have reliable transportationInterns will be asked to be present in the Atlanta office, Candidates must attach a resume, design portfolio, and complete the online applicationRequirementsCollege student or recent graduateAbility to work in person in Atlanta, GAFlexibility to manage competing prioritiesProactive approach to their workStress-tolerant, organized and accurateOutstanding oral and written communication skillsBenefitsValuable first-hand experience working at a top agencyExposure to various aspects of the production processLearning from tenured professionals in the advertising industryDirect mentorship from every member of our teamNetworking opportunities that will open doors for your careerThe CompanyPOOLHOUSE is a creative-driven, full-service advertising agency.
