About the Role:Arcadia Capital is seeking highly motivated, successful candidates with relevant investment banking experience for an Investment Banking Analyst position based at our headquarters in Miami, Florida. Arcadia Capital offers Analysts the exceptional opportunity to work on small teams with direct exposure to clients and senior bankers. Analysts play an essential role in developing and managing our client relationships. The Investment Banking Analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing a wide range of transactions within the technology sector, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysisAssist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client engagementsConduct industry and company-specific research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes and potential transaction opportunitiesSupport due diligence efforts by analyzing financial statements, conducting market research and preparing diligence materials for transactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other advisors, to facilitate the execution of transactions and ensure seamless project managementParticipate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical support and contributing insights to discussionsAssist in the drafting of transaction-related documentation, including offering memorandums, management presentations, and transaction agreementsStay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting the technology sector, and incorporate relevant insights into client deliverables and strategic recommendationsContribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and supporting junior team members as needed Qualifications:1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on the technology sector preferred, but not requiredAn extremely ambitious and dynamic player who is competitive with a strong desire to achieve goals and able to work independently with limited directionA high degree of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity and process-orientation Professional verbal and written communication skills are requiredStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniquesProven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and diligence in work productTeam player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environmentBSBA required
