Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Forklift Operator!Summary:We're looking for qualified candidates to fill an immediate opening for the Forklift Operator position. Experience operating forklifts and maneuvering trailers is a must! This is a full-time position at our rapidly growing facility!Responsibilities:Sweep, pick up trash and debris, empty garbage cans to keep the lot clean and professional in appearance.Keep units and equipment secure from weatherPerform other miscellaneous duties as assignedMove units in and out of the service department throughout the day as directed by the management team.Maintain the inventory yard, ensuring that all units are parked in the appropriate rows as directed by the Sales ManagerMust work outdoors even in inclement weatherTowing experience preferredOperate a tractor andor forkliftDrive RV units as requiredExperience using generators and operating slide-outsAbility to repair small items and identify problem unitsAll other responsibilities as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Valid Driver's License - clean driving recordTowing experience highly preferredDemonstrableexperience pulling and backing tractor trailersHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with 20,000lb ForkliftCDL A Highly PreferredEssential CharacteristicsRELIABLEWe do what we say we're going to do, when we say we're going to do it... every time.HUMBLEWe are trainable, coachable and confident... not arrogant.HUSTLEWe are self-motivated, driven and never satisfied.TEAM PLAYERWe are stronger as one.
