OptimumRV is in searchof energetic and focused RV Consignment Listers to build strong customer relationships, evaluate vehicles, market and negotiate sales to ensure a successful transaction!Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with potential consignees and vehicle owners.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information about consigned vehicles.Vehicle Evaluation:Inspect and assess consigned vehicles to determine their condition, value, and marketability.Marketing and Advertising:Ensure that the RVs you have consigned are presentable and listed on the website along with photos.Sales and Negotiation:Identify potential buyers and actively promote consigned vehicles to them.Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with potential consignees to achieve the best outcome for both parties.Handle all paperwork and documentation related to the consignment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Closing Transactions:Assist in the completion of consignment contracts and other necessary paperwork.Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the transaction are properly executed.Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of consigned vehicles, including their histories, pricing, and sales progress.Generate regular reports for vehicle owners detailing the status and performance of their consigned vehicles.M-Sat with one additional day off during the weekEssential Characteristics:Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle types, makes, and models.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious sales or RV sales experience is preferred.Familiarity with online listing platforms and CRM software.Valid driver's license.Benefits:Optimum RV offers an excellent benefits package to all eligible employees including:Competitivewages401KMedicalinsuranceDentalinsuranceVisionInsuranceCompany-Paid LifeinsuranceSupplemental LifeInsuranceShort & Long TermDisabilityCritical Illness, Accident and Hospital IndemnitycoverageEAPWellness Program including GymReimbursementVacation, Personal Time & HolidaypayOptimum RV LLC complies with all federal, state, and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination of any kind.
