Position Summary:The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team to perform daily operations and to designexecute marketing strategies. The business scope covers animalcell models, gene editing services, and preclinical studies.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the marketing team efficiently and professionally to achieve marketing goals by providing the team with appropriate tools, materials, and presentationsDevelop marketing and branding strategies for new and existing mouse models and preclinical servicesImplement marketing strategies using campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations activitiesLead the effort to evaluate returns on marketing approachesLead the effort on constructing and updating the company's digital platforms: website, LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaignsManage and attend trade shows to support major sales and business development eventsCoordinate tasks with other Biocytogen teams (e.g. salesBD, Technology, R&D)Maintain and update various business-related databasesComplete other business-related tasks as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Ph.D. in the biomedical field with 2+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO work experienceHave a solid understanding of genetics, immunology, and oncologyExcellent scientific writing and presentation skillsHave direct marketingbusiness experience through either extracurricular activities or work experienceHave good people skills and work well in a team settingWillingness to travelBusiness certificate or MBA degree is a plusProficiency in Chinese is preferredBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Reimbursement AccountsLife and AD&D InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time offPaid Sick DaysPaid HolidaysBIOCYTOGEN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
