Aggtrans & The Stone Store is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow within our organization. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing & Events Director to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position reports directly to our office near BWI Airport in Harmans, MD daily. Responsibilities:Support inbound and outbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in areas such as event planning, advertising, email activities, search engine marketing, graphic web design, search engine optimization and, content developmentAssist with the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and digital contentCollaborate with web team to provide fresh content regularly, along with ideas based on web analytics to enhance our customer's web experienceProviding support for corporate events, including set up, tear down, registration, creating literature, event layouts, and moreAssisting with company apparel and promotionalbranding itemsMaintain the physical and digital filing systems assets for marketing collateralQualifications:Must have web development SEO experienceMust have experience in MS Office suite. Proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience managing CRM systems - working knowledge of a database program such as Salesforce, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.Strong organizational and project management skillsDetail oriented with excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skillsExperience working independently, as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environmentExperience with social media management and email marketing is a plusWe offer a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
