The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectivesManage and execute all aspects of digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertisingConduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in digital marketingAnalyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channelsCreate and manage content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newslettersDevelop and execute lead generation strategies that drive new business for the companyManage and optimize the company's website to improve user experience and increase conversionsStay up-to-date on the latest technologies and platforms in digital marketing, making recommendations for implementation as neededCollaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute digital marketing campaigns as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-3 years of experience in digital marketingStrong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertisingExperience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or PardotStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsSend your resume (PDF format) to  along with a brief description of yourself and links to any projects of interest that you have worked on.
