As the computer-aided design operator, the drafter will prepare and produce models based on client specifications and communicates with Project Engineer through all phases of the project.   Responsibilities:Drafting plansdrawings for construction for various clients in chemical and manufacturingindustrial environmentsCreate StructuralCivil Models, drawings, calculations, weight estimates, and supporting documentation in collaboration with the Project Engineer and Sr. EngineerCheck design work of layouts, including form, fit, function, materials, specification callouts, geometrics, dimensioning, and other information as directed.Utilize computer-aided design in Autodesk products such as Autodesk Inventor and RevitDocument all client and regulatory specificationsWork closely with the Project Engineer to ensure that his or her design is clearly communicated on the drawingsTravel as needed to gather field data   Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, or experience plus an associate degree or relevant technical degree in drafting or designMinimum of 3 years draftingdesign experience for structures in industrialmanufacturing settingsExperience with API, NFPA, and ASME codes and standardsAble to read and interpret documents such as customer blueprints, codes, specifications, and government standardsExperience in AutoCAD Plant3DProficient in Autodesk InventorAutoCADRevit (any combination thereof)Drafting experience in heavy industrial and manufacturing environments is considered a plus, but not requiredAbility to communicate in a clear and concise fashion "” both written and verbal·        Experience working on multidisciplinary design and construction projects  Preferred Qualifications:·        Exceptional proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Inventor software·        Professional Piping Designer (PPD) Certification·        Previous CivilStructural drafting engineering experience  Essential Functions: ·        Proficient with the computer and navigating CAD software·        Proficient in all Microsoft products including Microsoft teams for meetings·        Communicate with stakeholders  Benefits  Extremely competitive salaryVery generous PTOMedical, dental, vision insuranceFamily LeaveLife Insurance 401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursement and licensuresGrowth opportunitiesTeam building events + local community involvement  *Hybrid Remote consideration                                                                   Why Memphis! Considering a relocation?
