The ideal candidate will have a solid background working with FINRASEC regulations and possess significant experience in compliance positions within the crypto industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to our operations in the rapidly evolving crypto space.Candidates must come from a crypto firm, as well as having a background working with FINRASEC regulations in order to be interested. QualificationsExperience working in compliance positions for crypto firms, with a strong understanding of the unique regulatory challenges and requirements in the crypto space.Relevant experience working in compliance roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on broker-dealer operations and familiarity with FINRASEC regulations.Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, preferably in the context of crypto-related activities.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
