Job Description:

The Assistant Controller Senior Business Financial Analyst is responsible for various financial planning and analysis functions for assigned business segments. Providing financial leadership, supporting strategic growth activities, and advising management on operational & financial improvement opportunities.Coordinate financial statements for monthly close, perform analysis of results and present to management.Manage financial reporting functions for accuracy & integrity.Develop and lead the forecasting & annual budget processes.Perform cost analysis & productivity analysis - providing insight on variances versus targets.Prepare recommendations and work with local management for improvement actions.Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the audits.Minimum Requirements: 4-year bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or technical field.5+ years' experience in a related analysis role.CPA certification (or in process of obtaining CPA). Big-4 experience preferred.Experience working for a large, global entity preferred.Strong Excel skills required. Experience with JD Edwards is helpful.
