Senior AssociateNational investment firm is hiring a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in public accounting tax or audit looking to transition into corporate with a fast-paced, established investment firm, strong base salary total comp and visible room for growth within the pensation BenefitsCompetitive market salary + strong total package + bonus!Great benefits (Health Dental 401k Match)Exposure to various sides of the company - career growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:Lead all planning and execution of partner capital account statements, capital calls distributions and cash reconciliationsPreparereview monthly investment reconciliations as well as quarterly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) for a variety of clientsRun client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects on timeReview annual financial reporting statements, P&L allocations, monthly investment reconciliations, and cash management statementsGenerate supporting schedules to assist external accounting firms with the preparation of tax estimates, Schedule K-1s, and tax returnsCollaborate with management to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business3+ years of experience in investment companies or public accounting with exposure to taxauditProficient planning and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environmentStrong written, verbal, informal and formal communication, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detailAdvanced in Microsoft ExcelOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
