HYBRID POSITION - NASHVILLE, TN 37203TWICE A WEEK NEEDS TO BE ONSITEVideo Reel and Portfolio Link REQUIREDJob Description:As the Senior Producer of Video Content, you will play a pivotal role within our Creative Services team, providing invaluable expertise and support in video production for our Marketing & Corporate Affairs Communications department. From conceptualization to execution, you will guide projects through pre-production, production, and post-production phases, while facilitating smooth navigation of production processes. Reporting directly to the Manager of Video Content, you will collaborate closely with our Creative Services video team and various stakeholders to craft and deliver captivating, top-tier video content.Key Responsibilities:Creative Ideation:Conceptualize and develop innovative, on-brief, and on-brand creative ideas for video projects and campaigns.Proficiently craft concepts and treatments, and advocate for creative ideas during pitching sessions with executive leadership and team members.Content Production:Lead video projects, overseeing creative direction, copywriting, and collaboration with design teams and external vendors.Provide videography and photography services, including shooting, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.Offer on-set direction for video shoots, managing crew members such as DPs, lighting directors, and set petencies:Professional:Demonstrate proficiency in all facets of creative video production, including scripting, editing, directing, shooting, and post-production.Ensure success across all stages of asset production, including adherence to timelines, tracking approvals, and maintaining clear communication internally and with stakeholders.Monitor post-production processes to ensure accuracy and maintain detailed project plans using our portfolio management tool, munication:Clearly communicate with diverse personalities, adapting communication styles to suit project requirements.Effectively convey creative and technical needs within the realm of video production.Teamwork:Foster a collaborative spirit across Marketing & Corporate Affairs and other key stakeholders.Lead and inspire teams while also being receptive to leadership and contributing as a team member.Vision:Possess a passion for storytelling through video and deliver creative solutions across various contexts.JudgmentDecision-making:Anticipate needs and analyze approaches proactively.Exercise discernment in creative aspects such as shot selection, design aesthetics, and copywriting.Qualifications:Requirements:Bachelor's degree in advertising, production, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum seven years of experience in a similar role within advertising agencies, creative studios, production companies, or in-house marketing teams.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is essential, with working knowledge of Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.Familiarity with digital video asset management software (e.g., Frame IO, Dropbox, Wipster).Hands-on experience in all aspects of video production, editing, and shooting, including camera operation, lighting, and audio.Experience in ideation, development, and copywriting for video content.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management applications (e.g., Workfront).
