Job Description:

Flextek has teamed up with an oil and gas equipment company that is located in the Southeast Houston area. They are looking to add a Collections Analyst to their team. This role is direct hire and is open due to growth within the company. Primary responsibilities will be to perform collections daily from other branches, track and analyze invoices in various portals, and be able to work at a high-volume pace. 100% in the office | Monday - Friday | 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm Core Responsibilities:Complete daily worklist via calls, emails, and reviewing automated correspondenceLog all notes into the system regarding collection effortsKeep note of any disputes on invoices that customers have pointed outResearch dispute resolution with the branch and billing teamsWork with sales and other branch managers on customer accountsEscalate past due accounts when neededQualifications: 4+ years of working in a Collections roleWork in invoice portals, Get Paid, HighRadius, as well as GPDynamicsExperience working in a high-volume collections roleConstruction industry experience in preferredWorking with rental equipment is a plus
