Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Planner to join our team. The Financial Planner will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans and provide strategic advice on investment, retirement, tax, risk, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies and excellent communication and analytical skills. The Financial Planner will also collaborate with other team members, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide holistic financial solutions to clients and help them achieve their financial goals. We offer both salaried and traditional GDC-based compensation.Responsibilities:Meet with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the client's objectives and financial situations.Provide strategic advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, risk management, and estate planning.Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios, adjusting as needed.Stay updated with financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies to provide informed recommendations.Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide holistic financial solutions.Educate clients on various financial concepts and strategies to help them make informed decisions.Built and maintained client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and confidentiality.Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and ply with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client interactions and transaction records.Qualifications:Clean FINRA record with an active S7, S66 and CA Insurance License.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, working towards the designation, or other relevant certifications is a plus but not required.Proven experience as a Financial Planner with a track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans.Strong understanding of financial markets, tax laws, and investment strategies.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficient in financial planning software and tools.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial planning industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ethical and professional conduct, committed to maintaining confidentiality and acting in clients' best interests.Registered associates of Retirement Security Centers are registered representatives of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp.
