Confidentiality guaranteed.ResponsibilitiesComplete all general aircraft maintenance.Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.Troubleshoot aircraft system malfunctions.Educate and assist customers in choosing the best maintenance plans.Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referral and repeat business.Work along side customer service to ensure overall success of the business.Maintain a clean and organized job site.Participate actively in all training exercises, meetings, and activities.Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and logbook entries.QualificationsHave an active aircraft mechanic license or enrolled or plan to enroll in an apprentice program.Be Knowledgeable of aviation regulation, piston engines and ability to make on-the job applications.Experience a plus. Hands on training and work is required.
