We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Process Development Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of a novel formulation platform. Responsibilities include providing support for manufacturing, process development, or drug product development, specifically in the manufacturing and analysis of biologically active microparticle suspensions and their interactions with delivery devices.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and document manufacturing batch runs or R&D experiments, with a focus on the production and physicochemical characterization of microparticle formulations or delivery devices.Analyze and present process and product characterization data, including drafting memos and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and implementation of the novel formulation platform.Support the overall success of the project through effective planning, execution, and documentation of tasks related to process development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Proficient in planning and executing manufacturing batch runs or R&D experiments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the industry.If you are passionate about process development and contributing to cutting-edge projects, apply now to be part of our dynamic and innovative team!
