Job Description:

Our manufacturing client is looking for a new VP of Operational Finance to lead global operational finance teams ensuring alignment to the group's objectives and goals. Will report to the Group CFO.Providing high quality analysis and review of results including variance monitoring and review.Development of updated reporting templates commentaries.Conducting deep dives into business unit performance e.g. to understand and explain margin development and variances.Understanding the basis of business units' pricing methodology and decision making process.Assess and understand the product and inventory costings and ensure that such costings follow the agreed policies.Understanding how business units measure the effectiveness of their manufacturing operations and making recommendations for improvement.Improving operational accounting services such as treasury management, payroll processing, accounts receivable management, accounts payable and purchasing.Upgrading and implementing an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and ternal audit controls reviewAssisting business units in developing and ensuring sustainability of KPIs to enhance business unit management.A Bachelors degree is required and a CPA is highly preferred. Candidates must possess over 10 years of senior-level financial management experience within a manufacturing setting, demonstrating a successful history in process enhancement. This role is an excellent fit for a high-level finance professional with operational expertise, a proven ability to tackle challenges effectively, and robust communication skills.
