We currently have openings for Business Development Associates for the Southern Wisconsin area.Must have a solid background in PRODUCE and FOOD MANUFACTURING SALES and Business Development experience!Responsibilities:Identifying new sales leads by researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new marketsContact potential and current clients via email, phone, or text to establish rapport and set up in person meetings to negotiate pricing, contracts, new, future, and expansion of current business.Driving a proactive culture of partnership and customer service.Documenting, managing and measuring your key accounts strategy.Proactively communicating with senior management relative to sales expectations, sales strategy and sales performance growth.Galvanizing and engaging a team to achieve results based on an understanding of common revenue goals.Devoting energy to building collaborative relationships with Midwest Foods's key stakeholders.Learning and comprehending Midwest Foods's suite of product & services.Planning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry eventsPrepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services including credit information.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up both in person and over phone.Additional responsibilities as needed, pertaining to the job.Requirements:Business degree, marketing degree or related professional experience in foodhospitality industry andor salesAbility to develop and deliver presentations that will attract profitable salesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategyProven experience in customer relationship managementExperience with CRM or any other cloud-based programs recommendedTech savvy and is up to date with current marketing strategies utilizing social media outlets and trends.Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STDLTD, VL, Accident, Critical Illness Insurance401-k with employer matchVacation and PTOsick daysSalary: Starting at $60k based on experience with added sales bonus structureJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Starting at 65k and up considering experience
