Position: Insurance ClaimsBilling SpecialistWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmLocation: In-Office (Call Center)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Insurance ClaimsBilling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with patients who have issues with their hospital bills, particularly discrepancies between insurance payments and out-of-pocket expenses. Your primary duties will include investigating the validity of these allegations and performing typical tasks associated with insurance claims processing.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with patients regarding billing inquiries and vestigate and resolve issues related to insurance payments and patient responsibilities.Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage and resolve claim denials.Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of billing and claims activities.Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance providers.Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field (preferred).Previous experience in insurance claims processing or medical billing.Strong knowledge of insurance policies, billing procedures, and healthcare regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmLocation: This position is based in our in-office call center.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving billing issues, we encourage you to apply for this position.
