Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Paramedic at AAA Ambulance Service. The Paramedic will be responsible for the delivery of patient care to the acutely ill patient in pre-hospital and interfacility transport situations. The Paramedic will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver prompt and effective care to patients in need.QualificationsNationally registered as a Paramedic through NREMTMississippi Paramedic certificationCurrent HPBLS and ACLS certificationsStrong clinical skills and knowledge of advanced life support techniquesAbility to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical fitness and ability to lift onto a stretcher and then carry, with assistance of a partner, a person weighing not less than 225 pounds
