Entegris is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the Corporate Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team.This position will primarily support the company's merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities and serve as the finance business partner to the Corporate Development organization. The Finance Business Partner, Corporate Development is responsible for (1) leading the valuation modeling and analysis of potential M&A bolt-on & transformational targets and divestiture projects, (3) supporting post-deal monitoring and integration activities, (2) supporting FP&A and special projects as assigned by executive leadership.This position will be based in our Billerica, MA headquarters. The successful candidate will collaborate with a broad cross-section of the organization.This position will report to the Vice President, Finance responsible for financial planning and analysis and the financial support for the company's merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. The role will be the business partner to the Senior Vice President of Corporate this role you will:Continuously improve financial valuation methodology and models to ensure robust evaluation of M&A and divestiture opportunities.
