We provide daily lunch, flexible hours, and gym membership.ResponsibilitiesThe affiliate manager is responsible for the management and growth of the affiliate program. The affiliate manager will recruit new affiliates, build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, and develop strategies to grow the affiliate program. The affiliate manager will also be responsible for analyzing affiliate performance data and troubleshooting affiliate issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, andor online marketing (not required). They will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Develop and manage relationships with key affiliates to drive traffic and conversionsRecruit new affiliates by identifying opportunities and reaching out to potential partnersMonitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with terms of agreements and company policiesGenerate regular reports on affiliate performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvementPerform any other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsAMBITIONEducation: require an associate's or bachelor's degree; preferably in business, advertising, or a related field (but not required)Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications but not requiredFamiliarity with HTML and other web development technologiesWorking knowledge of email marketing platformsBenefitsCompany Sponsored Health Care Options401K with Matching BenefitsGreat office cultureWeekly office lunch providedFrequent company gatherings, events and tripsJob Types: Full-time Not RemoteSalary Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000 per yearPlus Commissions
