Having the best product isn't enough though. In an increasingly crowded category, Bevi also needs to be strategic in how we market to different verticals, different buyer personas, via direct and indirect sales, and how we launch new products and features. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be integral in enabling growth with content and competitive insights for enterprise customers, SMBs, and channel partners.If you have an obsession with understanding customers, a deep curiosity about the sales process, plus strong writing skills and project management skills, read on.Reporting to the VP of Marketing and partnering closely with the leaders of Sales and Product, this individual contributor role will make a large impact on the Bevi business as we accelerate growth. This role will gain a deep understanding of Bevi's products, sales processes, and currenttarget customers, and competitors, and apply these insights to our sales and marketing efforts. The role will split time between enabling direct sales and channel sales, creating compelling collateral and continuously improving our library of content to help Bevi and our channel partners win in the market.LOCATION{{:}} Boston, in office 3+ days per weekResponsibilitiesGain a deep understanding of the sales process for direct and channel sales, across different customer segmentsCreate and maintain a complete library of sales support collateral (one-sheets, decks, etc.) for both our direct sales team and our channel partnersInterview Bevi customers and channel partners to collect market feedback and create high-impact case studies to feature on the website and to use in the sales processManage internal and external communications around all product and feature launchesConduct competitive research to ensure Bevi is always aware of the most recent market activityEducate the entire company on the market and on our customers, with a specific focus on enabling the marketing and sales teamsDevelop and maintain the "personas" of the key buyers and influencers that Bevi sells to in each segment, and ensure our marketing materials consistently use the right messaging for each personaEnsure consistency in product representation (specs, imagery, etc.) and maintain an extremely high bar for quality across all marketing collateral, including the Bevi websiteMaintain a detailed understanding of Bevi's hardware, software, and beverage productsRequirements5-7 years in a Product Marketing role. Experience working in an environment with both direct and channelpartner sales is a plusStrong writing skills and ability to independently create sales collateral, with a knack for short-form contentObsession with understanding customers, and experience interviewing customers to derive insightsA track record of successful collaboration with B2B sales teamsComfort being the sole owner of the Product Marketing function in a rapidly-growing business.
