That's the world that Evvy is pioneering.About the role:We're looking for a Supply Chain Operations specialist who is passionate about our ambitious mission. This role is for an individual who is excited by the challenge of building a resilient, efficient supply chain to deliver precision vaginal healthcare at scale. This role will play a critical role in strengthening the foundation of Evvy's operations today, and scaling them to meet our growth trajectory. It is a hands-on role at the intersection of external vendors, finance, strategy, and ops.Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.What you'll do:Own the end-to-end Evvy supply chainManage day to day relationships with vendorsServe as the expert on key operations metrics, including COGS, turnaround times, and volumes moving through each step of the supply chainBridge operations and finance by serving as the internal point person for vendor-related accounting questions and information sharingCoordinate with customer experience and engineering to translate any supply chain-driven changes or updates that can have a user-facing impactDrive supply chain strategyDevelop strategic vision for supply chain and execute a tactical plan to achieve efficiencies in costs, internal processes, and turnaround times with vendorsWork with strategy, finance, clinical, and customer experience to align Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to margin targetsSupport on the logistics & fulfillment piece of strategic projects (e.g., launching new products, packaging redesign)Evaluate and integrate new tools and platforms as neededEstablish operational continuity and resiliencyBuild inventory forecasts off of company level forecast and manage vendor supplies of inventory and labor accordinglyCreate and maintain QAQC process and SOPs for each step in our supply chain (e.g., vendor compliance checklists, SKU level fulfillment instructions)Manage translation of operational workflows through internal and external systems (e.g., ecommerce data, prescriptions information, shipping information)What we're looking for:Must have4-6+ years of high-performance experience in supply chain andor logistics at a startup with both physical and digital productsExperience scaling operations at an early stage, high-growth start-upYou can easily move from big-picture strategy to tactical execution, with a strong sense for how a decision in one part of a system can have downstream impactsYou love diving into data to root-cause an issue or inefficiency - you're comfortable in spreadsheets and can adeptly build analyses to back up your recommendationsYou know when to be scrappy vs. when to spend more time developing an approachYou can create structure from ambiguity, and thrive in fast paced environments.You are passionate about Evvy's mission and the future of women's health!Nice to haveExperience working with 3rd party healthcare provider groups, clinical labs, compounding pharmacies1-2+ years of experience at a consumer-facing healthtech start-upExperience with more complex data tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau)Company Benefits:Office in Manhattan in NYC (we are in office 4 days a week with work from home on Wednesdays)Unlimited PTO$1k learning and development budget per employeeHealth, dental and vision insurance covered, with HSA plans available (including coverage for One Medical, Talk Space, and KindBody)401k plan (Roth and traditional)Company social events, bi-annual company retreatsCommuter benefitsPaid parental leaveEvvy is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion both in the workplace and in our application process.
