Job Description: Illuminate ABA Therapy is actively searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to fill a full-timepart-time on-site position in Cincinnati, OH. The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child. Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in a team environment. Requirements: BCBA certification Master's degree in relevant field Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment Job Responsibilities: BCBA will provide supervision on technicians BCBA will conduct assessments. BCBA will provide parent training. BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis by utilizing Catalyst application.
