Job Description:

Established award winning Architectural Firm seeking qualified Mechanical Engineer with immediate openings.  Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in HVAC and Plumbing Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or equivalentMinimum 2 years of related technical design and consulting engineering experience designing HVAC, plumbing, and special systems for new and renovated healthcare, commercial, higher education and other critical building types.Proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, Trane TRACE 700 and the Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities:Perform analysis, design and documentation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and controlsPerform system assessments and prepare technical reportsReview submittals, RFIs and contractor proposed change orders, and conduct site observations.Coordinate the work of mechanical designers and junior staff assigned to the project.Assist with construction site visits as required for observation, answering contractor questions, or representing the owner in preparing punch listsCreate and develop planning and design concepts for projectsPrepare presentation drawings and otherwise assists in presentations both internally and externally.Mentor and train junior staff Benefits:Camburas and Theodore Ltd. offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package, including 401(k) health insurance and profit sharing.
