This is an Account Service position where you will be the main point of contact for our clients and are in charge of the project management, analytics, consulting, and distribution of our client's success.This position is based in our HQ office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.Tambourine is one of the country's fastest-growing hospitality & tourism marketing firms. Combining best-in-class tech with award-winning creative design, we revolutionize e-commerce for hotels, resorts and destinations.Championing professional growth, prioritizing wellness and nurturing a healthy work-life balance is our formula for a unique company culture.A few of our perks include 100% company-paid medical insurance, generous paid time off & holidays, maternitypaternity leave - and more!Find us @TamboGram to learn more.Ultimate accountability for the success of the Client relationship, including the Client's perception of the value of our partnership.Work with and oversee an Account Executive and Account Coordinator to manage the relationship and deliverables of monthly marketing programs, including - website edits, email marketing, social media, paid advertising.Lead all non-Sales Client-facing meetings, including Reporting and Media Planning for select top tier clientsWork with clients to understand business problems and turn them into actionable strategies.Extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, which is critical to the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to clients in accordance with their needs and goals.Analyze property performance data in order to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement.Working knowledge and ability to clearly communicate about marketing processes including: Pay-Per-Click advertising, Social Media advertising, and lead generation initiatives.Responsible for successful onboarding of new client accounts.Responsible for monthly reporting calls to top tier clients.Anticipate Client needs and take proactive approach to servicing account, including monitoring client KPIs, and formulating innovative solutions to existing problems.Act as team lead and provide direction and guidance for designated Account Executive and Account Coordinator.Oversee development, execution and performance of annual strategic media plans. For top tier clientsEnsure that all deliverables are met and any requested deliverables that are "out of scope" are managed with Client and Sales participation.Maintain thorough knowledge of the client's business, the consumer, and the marketplace in order to proactively contribute ideas and solutionsRequirements:Minimum 3+ years digital marketingexperience in Advertising Agency or hoteltourism environment a must An innate and developed ability to manage Client perception at an extremely high level.A deep understanding of Digital Marketing including: Web Design and Development, e-Commerce conversion best practices, and email marketing.Strong knowledge of various Paid Digital Advertising platforms including: Paid Search, Social Media, Display and Programmatic advertising.
