Overview:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs on injection molding equipment. This is a high-speed and controlled manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.Actively participate in teams and offer suggestions for improvement.Answer machine alarms as they occur and identify and address the root cause.Follow all 5S guidelinesPerform and document inspections per cGMP for work instruction sheet, on device history sheet records, and work instruction sheet tablesFollow all Lock OutTag Out rulesDiagnose and troubleshoot any pneumatic, electrical or mechanical malfunction on a variety of machinesAdjusts assembly machine units for majorminor lot production operations following department specificationPreferredRequired EducationSkills:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with injection molding required
